Rachel Olsson
Rachel Olsson holds a Masters degree in Nursing and Healthcare Practice from the University of Iowa and a BA in International Studies with special interest in sustainability and development.
As an RN her focuses are women's health, nutrition, holistic well-being, and providing culturally sensitive and humanistic care.
She has spent time clowning with Patch Adams and a group of international clowns in South America, and has volunteered as a birth assistant on the Texas/Mexico border and in Indonesia.
Travel adventures have also taken her to China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, South Africa, Kenya, Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, Mexico, France, Canada, Germany, Czech Republic, and around the US (usually via couch-surfing).
She is an unabashed foodie and an avid salsa dancer.
